There will be a TNT Fest Planning Meeting held Wednesday, May 8 at 5:30 at Twin Lakes Activity Center. The purpose of this meeting is to get the logistics worked out and the scheduling in place. If your organization is hosting an event it is of the utmost importance that you attend so our information will be complete.
If for some reason you cannot attend please call Mike Smith at 940-567-6321 or Brenda Tarpley at 940-567-2602 to provide your update prior to the meeting.
If your non-profit is not participating, you are missing out! We anticipate this event will grow every year and as it grows so will the fundraising potential!
Plans are being finalized so you will need to make plans to have your organization in attendance at the next meeting to be held at the Twin Lakes Activity if your organization wants to participate and benefit from this event.
The TNT Fest Committee is committed to the betterment of Jack County and to producing a quality event that is nothing but F-U-N for all ages to enjoy together. Everyone that attended last year enjoyed themselves; those that did not attend are planning to attend this year.
This is an event for the purpose of raising funds for ALL non-profits of our area that choose to participate. Supporting this event provides funds to all of these non-profits at the same time! Funds are needed for this event to take place this year. Please help if you can.
