Get Lit, Jacksboro!

Get ready for the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce's ‘Get Lit, Jacksboro!’ contest! Nominate yourself or a neighbor who brightens the neighborhood with festive lights and decorations. The contest aims to spread Christmas cheer and encourage community engagement as residents explore Jacksboro and celebrate the holiday spirit.

Rules:

Entries must be within Jack County.

Entries will be accepted until 4:00 pm Thursday, December 4. Submit your entry for Get Lit, Jacksboro! on the form to the right. Each entry is FREE. 

VOTING:

A map with all the entries will be available. Click here to register your vote.  Voting will start December 5th, 12:00 a.m. and end December 20th at 11:59 p.m. The winners will be contacted first and then announced to the public on December 23rd.  

Awards:

1st and 2nd place winners will be announced on Facebook and 1st place will receive a prize to be determined. 

Tour of Homes

Begin a new tradition! Join us for a delightful tour of four stunning homes in and around Jacksboro on Thursday, December 11th, starting at the GTW Depot building at 4:00 p.m. Enjoy festive Christmas treats, graciously provided by the Jacksboro Economic Development Corporation. You’ll receive a map of the tour locations along with a bracelet for admission.
