Celebrate the 145th anniversary of Fort Richardson as historical re-enactors take us back to the 1860's and 1970-s. Activities will likely include gunfights, blacksmithing, and 1860's baseball game, camels, longhorns, candle-making, Dutch-oven cooking, quilting, hisotrical displays and of course, cavalry, infantry and artillery demonstrations and drills. The event is free, although park entry fees apply. Friday, April 13 is specially organized to accomodate school groups. Check it out at
