Faith Community Hospital in partnership with Diamond food Market will conduct a community flu shot clinic on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, The clinic will be held at Diamond Food Market located at 201 South East Street Jacksboro, TX 76458 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Faith Community Hospital has the capability to bill you insurance for your flu shot. If we bill your insurance, you will not owe anything at the time of the flu shot clinic. If you wish to receive a flu shot and do not have insurance the cost will be $15.00 for the regular flu shot and $25.00 for an intradermal flu shot. The Faith Community Hospital Emergency Medical Services will be on site with an ambulance for tours and there will be door prizes given away as well.
