Faith Community Hospital in partnership with Concerned Citizens of Jack County will conduct a community wide flu shot clinic. The clinic will be held on Monday, November 12, 2012 starting at 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. The location of the clinic will be at Concerned Citizens of Jack County, 400 East Pine Street Jacksboro, TX 76458. Faith Community hospital has the capability to bill your insurance for your flu shot. If we bill your insurance, you will not owe anything at the time of the flu shot clinic. If you wish you receive a flu shot and do not have insurance the cost will be $15.00 for the regular flu shot and $25.00 for an intra dermal flu shot.
