For Rosie Hayhurst, Jacksboro has always been home. A lifelong resident and 2002 graduate of Jacksboro High School, Rosie went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Business from Texas Woman's University in 2007. She has spent her career serving the community through banking, building trusted relationships and helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals.

Rosie began her banking career at First National Bank in 2008 and has since accumulated 26 years of experience in the banking industry. Today, she serves as Vice President at First State Bank, where she is known for her commitment to customer service and her passion for helping local families and businesses succeed.

Beyond her professional career, Rosie is a proud wife and devoted mother who values the opportunity to raise her family in the same community that has shaped her life. As a director for the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce, she is honored to support local businesses and contribute to the continued growth and success of Jacksboro.
