Leann Johnson

For Leann Johnson, Jacksboro is more than just the place she lives—it's the community where her family has built a life rooted in faith, hard work, and service. She and her husband, Jason, a Jacksboro native, have raised three children here and are proud to see their youngest continuing that tradition as a student at Jacksboro High School.

Leann is passionate about giving back to the community that has given so much to her family. She serves as the Executive Director of CASA of Wise and Jack Counties, is a member of the Jacksboro Independent School District Board of Trustees, and proudly serves as a director for the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce. Through each of these roles, she is committed to strengthening the future of Jacksboro and supporting the people who call it home.

What Leann loves most about Jacksboro is the way neighbors show up for one another. When there's a need, people don't wait to be asked—they step in, lend a hand, and genuinely care. It's a place where children are known by name, families are supported, and traditions are cherished from one generation to the next.

Leann believes those qualities are what make Jacksboro such a special place, and she's honored to play a part in helping the community continue to thrive.
