A lifelong resident of Jacksboro, Karla Miller is proud to call this community home. The people, traditions, and unmistakable small-town spirit of Jacksboro are what make it so special—and what continue to inspire her service and leadership.

Karla is the co-owner of 16-3 Designs alongside her husband, Jeff. Through both business and volunteer leadership, she is deeply invested in the continued growth, success, and strength of the Jacksboro community.

While most people may not know that Karla prefers working behind the scenes, leadership has a way of finding her—and she continues to answer the call. Her steady presence, thoughtful approach, and heart for Jacksboro make her an incredible asset to the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce and the businesses and families it serves.
