For more than a decade, Bailey Francis has proudly served on the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, championing the local businesses that are the backbone of Jacksboro's economy. As a lifelong resident with deep roots in the community, Bailey is passionate about preserving the small-town values that make Jacksboro such a special place while helping it continue to grow and thrive.

Professionally, Bailey serves as a licensed funeral director at Coker Funeral Home, where she has the privilege of walking alongside families with compassion, dignity, and care during some of life's most meaningful moments. Her commitment to serving others extends beyond her profession and into every aspect of community life.

While Bailey wears many hats, her favorite title is simply Mom. She and her family stay busy cheering on their three active children at sporting events and community activities, making memories and investing in the next generation of Jacksboro.

What Bailey loves most about Jacksboro is the unwavering support neighbors have for one another. Whether it's celebrating local businesses, lending a helping hand during difficult times, or filling the stands on a Friday night to cheer on the Tigers, she believes the sense of family and community pride here is truly unmatched.

Something you might not know about Bailey: Although she's a lifelong Jacksboro resident and feels like an open book, the foundation of everything she does is her faith in God. And between a busy career and keeping up with three active kids, she admits her days are powered by plenty of prayer—and a lifelong love of Dr Pepper!
